London, July 2003. Mr Anthony Bailey has been appointed as Member of the International Consultative Council of The Maimonides Foundation.
The Maimonides Foundation is an interfaith charity that fosters understanding and co-operation between Jews, Christians, and Muslims through cultural and academic programmes. The Foundation is committed to creating opportunities where the three communities can meet and share their commonalities and discuss their differences.
The Chairman of the Foundation is Professor Nasser David Khalili, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, and its Royal Patrons are HRH The Duke of York and HH Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak al Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates.
